Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all contracts between SteineTool and the user regarding the use of the Software-as-a-Service platform for managing BrickLink inventory.

2. Contract Formation

The contract is concluded upon user registration and confirmation by SteineTool. By registering, the user accepts these Terms of Service.

3. Service Description

SteineTool provides a web-based platform that allows users to manage their BrickLink inventory, track orders, and use analysis tools. The exact scope of features is described in the respective product description.

4. User Obligations

The user is obligated to keep their access credentials confidential and protect them from third-party access. The user is responsible for all activities under their account. Using the service for illegal purposes is prohibited.

5. Payment Terms

Use of SteineTool may be subject to fees. Current prices are available on the website. Payment is due in advance for the selected billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

SteineTool is fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. For damages caused by slight negligence, SteineTool is only liable in case of breach of essential contractual obligations.

7. Termination

The user may terminate their account at any time. SteineTool may terminate the contract with 30 days notice at the end of the month. The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.

8. Changes to Terms

SteineTool reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to the user by email. If the user does not object within 30 days, the changes are deemed accepted.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is, to the extent legally permissible, the registered office of SteineTool.
